Meeting point
Whether you arrive by plane directly to Berne, Zürich or Geneva, you must take two trains to get to the meeting place: the first will take you to Berne, and the second from Berne to Schwarzenburg, your destination.
How to do it?
- Once at the train station, look for this (click on the image to enlarge):

- Follow the instructions on the screen to buy your tickets – it's really easy. You can even chose your language of choice.
You will not see Schwarzenburg listed: you will have to select "other destinations" or the like on the screen, and then select Schwarzenburg (better to learn how to spell it from now…).
Do not forget to make sure you have a Visa card or swiss currency (bills or coins) to be able to pay!! It will cost you 106 CHF (return ticket) from Geneva or Zürich, and 18.40 CHF (return ticket) from Berne.
Board the train, and go to the Berne train station, where you will get off the train. At the Berne train station, take the train for Schwarzenburg (which is a 30-35 minute ride) and you will be at your destination.
- The meeting point is here (click on the image to enlarge):

You will easily recognize the people who will welcome you and guide you to the Centre where you will be based.
The meeting time is fixed at 5:00pm sharp, at the train station, Saturday 19th April. Please be on time.
If you arrive earlier in the day (starting from noon), you can make your own way to the Centre...You will have to look for Dorfplatz, and then Oberdorf, along the road at the fork veer left, cross a bridge, then go straight. The dotted yellow marks below will show you the route to follow (click on the image to enlarge):

Do not follow « Eidgenössische Ausbildungszentrum », the official name of the Centre, which you will see on the road signs: those signs indicate the route to take if you are traveling by car.
When you see this (from another angle, of course… except if you are arriving by helicopter), you have arrived:

Please make sure that you do not drag through the mud and frogs in your path!
