Théo worked for the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and was a member of the Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on the Conflict in Georgia.

Participant in 2000 (632), coach in 2001 and 2002, involved in the organization of the Competition in 2003.
Member of the CCJP since 2004.
