Sylvain Beauchamp
Attorney-at-Law and
holding a Masters from the Graduate Institute of International
Studies, Sylvain worked from 1998 to 2002 as legal advisor
for the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts
in Switzerland, and as a lawyer specialized in international
arbitration in a Geneva-based law-firm, from 2002 to
2004. After having worked as an ICRC's delegate, based
in Hebron in the Occupied Territories/Autonomous Territories,
he is now the Senior Policy Advisor, International Humanitarian
Law of the Canadian Red Cross. Participated in the Pictet
in 1996, associated to the organisation of the Competition
since 1999.
