Maria Marouda is Dr of International Law (2004), lecturer of international law at Panteion University, Department of International And European Law, legal counsel and trainer of IHL to the Hellenic Red Cross, former ICRC Protection Delegate, holds a PHD on 'International Responsibility for violations of IHL -state and individual responsibility in motion' and a post-doctorate on: Legal regulation of humanitarian action: a search for a code of conduct for NGOs in Greece”.
Is associated with Jean Pictet Competition since 1999 (as member of the Jury) and is a member of the CCJP since 2003.
