Hélène Maghdessian

Administrator of the Competition.
Former field delegate at the Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR) in Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (Bukavu). From September 2006 to September 2007, she achieved an internship at the legal division of the ICRC in Geneva (headquarters). Prior to this, from June 2004 to April 2005, she worked at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, within the pre-trial chamber assigned to Uganda. In the meantime, she participated in several colloquiums dealing with international criminal justice; her interventions have been published.
DEA in International Law. Doctoral candidate in Internatinal Law.
Participant in 2002 (913), involved in the organization of the Competition in 2005, administrator of the Competition since 2008.
