Hélène Maghdessian

DEA in international law. In March 2008, Hélène came back from a one-year mission in Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (Bukavu), where she was a field delegate at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). From September 2006 to September 2007, she achieved an internship at the legal division of the ICRC in Geneva (headquarters). Prior to this, from June 2004 to April 2005, she worked at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, within the pre-trial chamber assigned to Uganda. In the meantime, she participated in several colloquiums dealing with international criminal justice; her interventions have been published. Now, Hélène begins a PhD in international law.
