Independant consultant working on humanitarian and development issues. Her areas of specialization are planning and evaluation, gender and adult learning/training.
Past experience includes field work in South and Central America with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and positions at branches and headquarter level with the Spanish Red Cross.
Law Degree, specialized in Public International Law.
Member of the jury in 2003 and tutor in 2006. Involved in the organization of the Competition in 2007.
Member of the CCJP since 2007.
